The Malaysia Dodgeball Federation recently revealed their squads, and gave each player a write up. For those that missed it we’ve put it all together here!

94 – Mohd Nur Ikhsan Bin Sofyuddin (C)

Mohd Nur Ikhsan Bin Sofyuddin. 24 years old. Born in Kangar, Perlis. Jersey no. 94. Has been playing dodgeball for 8 years. Hailing from the northern most state of Malaysia, his talent and skills attracted the attention of the Malaysian team to appoint this outstanding player as the Captain of the Mixed Team.

7 – Zickry Yusoff

Zickry Yusoff. 24 years old. Born in Penang. Jersey no. 7. Has been playing dodgeball for 7 years. Best described as a Ninja player; he is quick, agile, unpredictable and he never surrenders.

13 – Jade Lee

Jade Lee. 19 years old. Born in Selangor. Jersey no. 13. Has been playing dodgeball for 1 and a half years. One half of a pair of twin sisters, her distinctive trait is her obvious enjoyment of the game even in the face of tough challenges.

16 – Lim Sher Lyn

Lim Sher Lyn. 16 years old. Born in Klang, Selangor. Jersey no. 16. The youngest player in the whole Malaysian delegation, this young talent has placed herself on par with players older than herself.

20 – Anthony Gan Kok Aun

Anthony Gan Kok Aun 22 years old. Born in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. Jersey no. 20. Has been playing dodgeball for 4 years. His hardwork and dedication to the sport has translate to his ability as one of the strongest throwers in the Mixed Team.

22 – Serene Teh Soon Teng

Serene Teh Soon Teng. 27 years old. Born in Klang, Selangor. Jersey no. 22. Has been playing dodgeball for 7 years. In the game of dodgeball, this talented player is descriptive of the game by being an excellent catcher and an even better dodger.

55- Ilham Noorsaifuddin

Ilham Noorsaifuddin. 17 years old. Born in Kuala Lumpur. Jersey no. 55. Has been playing dodgeball for 2 and a half years. Twins to Idham, not only do they share the same blood and bond, they share similar playing style, making it difficult to tell them apart. They truly are two peas in a pod.

77 – Idham Noorsaifuddin

Idham Noorsaifuddin. 17 years old. Born in Kuala Lumpur. Jersey no. 77. Has been playing dodgeball for 2 and a half years. Twins to Ilham, not only do they share the same blood and bond, they share similar playing style, making it difficult to tell them apart.

88 – Angel Carmen

Angel Carmen. 25 years old. Born in Kuala Lumpur. Jersey no. 88. Has been playing dodgeball for 5 years. Some may describe her as an odd ball, but all will agree on her undeniable skills on the court. This is proven as she is usually the last (wo)man standing.

90 – Kenneth Benedict Fernandez

Kenneth Benedict Fernandez. 28 years old. Born in Kuala Lumpur. Jersey no. 90. Has been playing dodgeball for 8 years. Unlike his peers, he relies on his tactful analysis and experience to overcome and win matches

91 – Joey Chain Siew Siew

Joey Chain Siew Siew. 19 years old. Born in Selangor. Jersey no. 91. One of the newest comers, but have proven herself worthy of the National team. In the short time she has played the game, she has bagged an MVP title in a recent dodgeball tournament.
