4 – In Hong Kong and some of our other member nations the Single-Ball Dodgeball game is immensely popular. How do the skills developed playing this style of dodgeball translate over to the Multi-Ball game? Do you think this experience will advantage Hong Kong players at the World Cup?
Single-Ball Dodgeball game focus on the defense skills which are catching and dodging. When only one ball throw to us, we will more easily to catch, and our defense may have more advantage in multi-Ball games. And the throw skills as same as throwing Single-Ball game, it is not big different but we throw the single-ball dodgeball with the longer follow through may lead the opponent counter on us.
5 – What’s your workout routine and training like in preparation for the 2018 Dodgeball World Cup? Any tips you can lend to aspiring dodgeball players?
We only have 2 training session per week in our team. Another workout may have the single-ball training and fitness training by ourselves.
